Be a part of the 2017 Juried CLAYfest Market. Last year’s festival attracted close to 3,000 people.
We invite artists and entrepreneurs to offer decorative and utilitarian ceramics and other clay-related items for sale on Saturday of the CLAY Festival weekend, July 29, 2017.

CLAYfest MARKET DATES/HOURS

Setup 8 am –10 am
Open for Sales 10 am – 4 pm
Tear Down 4 pm – 6 pm
The market will be outdoors in the center of Saturday's festivities next to the Silver City Farmer's Market. A 10'x10' tent will be provided for each applicant. If more space than 10'x10' is needed, please contact the project coordinator prior to completing an application at firstname.lastname@example.org or 575-538-5560. The location of your booth is not confirmed until a completed application is accepted and payment is received.
ARTISTS/ENTREPRENEURS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
SET UP & TEAR DOWN
Booth check-in and setup will take place Saturday, July 29th. All vendors are REQUIRED to refrain from tearing-down their booth until AFTER 4:00pm on Saturday, July 29th.
GUIDELINES FOR VENDOR INVENTORY
The Silver City CLAY Festival requires that all items for purchase be clay-related; items can include books, clothing, pottery, or jewelry for example. When applying you must provide images of your intended items for sale per the jurying process.
Applications must be submitted online using the form below.
A 10’x10’ Booth is $125
The committee will review your application, inventory description and photos, and will notify you regarding selection as a vendor.
Payment in full is due upon notification of acceptance. Payment can be made online via the registration page or a check may be mailed to CLAY c/o SCACD, PO Box 2383, Silver City, NM, 88062 - make sure to write Market and the name of the vendor in the memo line.
CLAYFest Market fees are refundable (less a $25 processing fee) through June 30, 2017. For any cancellations made after June 30, fees are non-refundable.
